CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS (CSR) TRAINING FOR LASWA STAFF

Between January 26th and 29th ten (10) selected staff of the Lagos state waterways Authority LASWA were trained and equipped with skills on how to manage and run the newly created customer service unit of the Authority.

The unit is expected to have direct regular interface with all LASWA customers, stakeholders and the general public thereby projecting a good image for the Authority while responding to public complaints and resolving enquiries of any kind on a real time basis.

In addition, a customer care mobile app was also launched to support the unit Operations.
