Today, the 8th of June 2023, The General Manager, LASWA, Mr. Oluwadamilola Emmanuel alongside The Netherlands Vice Minister for Foreign Trade, Ms. Henneke Schuiling; Her Excellency, the Nigerian Ambassador to the Netherlands, Dr. Eniola Ajayi; Head of International Enterprise, Mr. Jules Gerzon; The Consular General of the Netherlands in Lagos, Mr. Michel Delen; Strategy and Partnerships Manager for Invest International, Mr Edwin Van Veenhuizen and the Policy Adviser, Economic Affairs and Public Diplomacy with the Netherlands Embassy, Mr. Opeyemi Oriniowo went on an enlightening and informative Boat Tour from VI to the Marina Harbour and back to VI.

The Authority was thrilled to show them the beauty and potential of our inland waterways, and also discuss areas of possible partnership and/or collaboration for the development of sustainable water transport solutions for Lagos State.

LASWA shall continue striving to transform Lagos into a model city with world class inland waterways infrastructures and services.
