Joint Mission on the OMI EKO Project in Lagos State.

Today, June 25th, 2024, marks the commencement of a week-long engagement by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), European Investment Bank(EIB), and the European Union (EU) consortium for a joint mission on the OMI EKO Project in Lagos State.


The mission Led by Mr. David Margonsztern; Senior Transport Specialist, and other AFD team members include; Mr. Antoine Le Bihan; Project Manager for Transport, and Mr. Zak Clarke; Urban Development Project Officer based in Lagos.


The objectives of the mission is to discuss the Project Appraisal Document (PAD), Project Implementation Manual (PIM), and Draft Procurement Plan.


Finalize Terms of Reference (TORs) for the "Project Management and Operational Design" (PMOD) and "Engineering, Procurement and Construction Supervision" (EPCS) consultancy packages, Review contracting arrangements between AFD, European Investment Bank(EIB), and the European Union (EU) and Assess the status of current consultancy services.
