On 3rd April 2023, the Safety Awareness Campaign team of the Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) were at the Ebute Ero, Sabonkoji, Liverpool, Ipakodo and Baiyeku jetties and Terminal to enlighten ferry passengers on Waterways Safety rules and regulations.
Several items, safety souvenirs and life jackets were distributed to ferry passengers.
The continuous safety awareness campaign was held at other jetties across the Lagos Inland Waterways.
